Writing for Healing

In partnership with the Hume Center for Writing & Speaking and the Office for Religious & Spiritual Life, the SHARE: Education team offers writing workshops. In these workshops, you'll learn how expressive writing can improve health and ease emotional pain, and how to use writing to expand and deepen your spiritual practice.
