SHARE Title IX Announcements

Updated SHP online courses coming to STARS in 2025 (spring)

The SHARE Title IX and Title VI Office is currently working with the Office of General Counsel and the Employee Labor Relations-UHR Office to evaluate content changes required based on the updated Title IX Regulations and the Department of Education's "Dear Colleague" letter. Note that our Sexual Harassment Prevention courses are part of a larger review of Stanford courses affected by the federal administration's new guidelines and executive orders.

Healing Options

Main content start

Healing can be defined as the process of making or becoming healthy again. At the SHARE: Education team, we believe that healing is part of the recovery process. The healing process is different for each individual, so in an effort to address the diversity of healing processes, the SHARE: Education team co-sponsors healing initiatives. Our goal is to offer the student body holistic programs that help reconnect students to the self through mind, spirit, and body.

In addition to or separate from our healing programs, you can explore these mental, physical and soothing Grounding Tips from Stanford's Confidential Support Team to detach from overwhelming emotional pain.

What if I don’t want to do anything now?

These resources are available for you throughout your time at Stanford. There’s no right or wrong way to access healing options. This includes when you choose to do so.
