SHARE Title IX Announcements

We have heard numerous reports of concern about the messaging in White Plaza around acts of sexual violence connected with the events in Israel and Palestine; and we understand that exposure to these messages can be triggering for those who have experience with sexual misconduct.

For those impacted and needing support, please visit this site or continue to reach out to the SHARE Title IX Office directly. The Confidential Support Team and YWCA are also available to support anyone affected.

Healing Options

Main content start

Healing can be defined as the process of making or becoming healthy again. At the SHARE: Education team, we believe that healing is part of the recovery process. The healing process is different for each individual, so in an effort to address the diversity of healing processes, the SHARE: Education team co-sponsors healing initiatives. Our goal is to offer the student body holistic programs that help reconnect students to the self through mind, spirit, and body.

In addition to or separate from our healing programs, you can explore these mental, physical and soothing Grounding Tips from Stanford's Confidential Support Team to detach from overwhelming emotional pain.

What if I don’t want to do anything now?

These resources are available for you throughout your time at Stanford. There’s no right or wrong way to access healing options. This includes when you choose to do so.
