DUE September 30: The Sexual Harassment Prevention for all Non-supervisory Employees, Academic Staff, and Postdocs (SHP-2024). All Contingent Employees must complete the required training within 30-days of training assignment. NOTE: The NCAA Harassment Prevention Training does not meet the State-mandated Sexual Harassment Prevention Training. The Sexual Harassment Policy applies to everyone who participates in the programs of the University, and those who work on Stanford University projects.

The list of such “Stanford affiliates” includes:

  • Contractors and vendors
  • Visiting faculty and scholars
  • Part-time teachers
  • Summer program personnel
  • Program participants, including minors (read details)
  • Alumni and benefactors
  • Overseas campus personnel

People in these categories must comply with the provisions of Stanford's Sexual Harassment Policy.
