All Contingent Employees must complete the required training within 30-days of training assignment. NOTE: The NCAA Harassment Prevention Training does not meet the State-mandated Sexual Harassment Prevention Training. As a tracking manager, you play a critical role in helping to assure that Stanford complies with California mandates regarding sexual harassment awareness training for supervisors, faculty, non-supervisor employees, and postdocs. The toolkit is designed to support you in this role, and to guide you through the fundamentals of tracking the progress of training that is required for supervisors, faculty, non-supervisor employees, and postdocs.
