All Contingent Employees must complete the required training within 30-days of training assignment. NOTE: The NCAA Harassment Prevention Training does not meet the State-mandated Sexual Harassment Prevention Training. How to Register

Registration information for SHP-2024 (non-supervisory employees/postdocs) or SHP-1023 (supervisor/faculty) Harassment Prevention

  • Login to Axess using your SUNet ID and password.
  • Click on the “STARS (Training)” tab near the top of the page.
  • Enter course number SHP-____ into the Search Catalog box.
  • Click Search. It may take several moments for the search to complete.
  • Click Continue>> for a detailed course description, and to enroll.
  • Scroll through the description, and click "Enroll" or "Launch" the program. This online course is self-paced and takes approximately. You may stop and start at your convenience (your place will be bookmarked).
