Sexual Harassment Prevention online course assignments will begin on November 17, 2025

The SHARE Title IX and Title VI Office, now partnered with Traliant Operating, LLC, is preparing to launch two new interactive web-based Sexual Harassment Prevention compliance courses to all faculty, academic staff, employees, and postdocs. These courses adhere to the California State mandated training requirements outlined in Assembly Bill 1825 for faculty and supervisors and in Senate Bill 1343 for non-supervisory employees and postdocs.

The effects of experiencing sexual harassment can be profound, and can range from uncomfortable to devastating. They may last a short or long time, and can even generate a "ripple effect" of negative symptoms in the affected workplace or living environment.
